Also known as TANAOU, The All New Adventures Of Us formed in Daventry in 2001 and consists of Jaime C Macefield, Phil Spry, Nic Willes, Gary Fleming, Kathryn Sian Williams and Paul Macefield. Chris Jones originally played bass for them but left in 2008. They self-released their debut EP The Primary Colours Series EP One in 2002, with a follow-up These Songs Are Our Only Alibis recorded in Umeå, Sweden two years later. They returned to Umeå several times to record their debut album Best Loved Goodnight Tales with Magnus Lindberg, released through OLI in October 2008.

The All New Adventures Of Us is about making people see clearly with their eyes closed, vivid imagery and attention to detail firmly intact. The goal is simple; to tell a story through song. No hidden agenda. And in poetry cooed in the sweetest of contexts, explanations are what Tanaou stands for.
