11 track CD album. Tracks 1, 2, 10, 11 were recorded at the Gravity Shack, Tooting, 7th June 2004. Tracks 3 to 9 were recorded at Bridgewater Hall, Manchester, 8th March 2004.

Album made up of live and acoustic versions of songs from Scissors In My Pocket. The title Cosmic Rosy Spine Kites is a virtual anagram of the title of her first album and features the same tracks, four of which were recorded with a string quartet.
